The Upfront Theatre is a 95 seat cabaret style venue that offers live improv comedy every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Established by Ryan Stiles in 2004 at 1208 Bay St. The theatre is also available for hire, on or off-site, to entertain any size event and for private corporate staff development workshops.
We perform live improv comedy shows every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. We also provide in or out of house private performances to entertain any event like company holiday parties, fundraisers, retirements, customer appreciation shows, you name it! The Upfront also offers corporate staff development workshops, "BizProv" using the practices and principles of improv to increase teamwork, communication, positivity, spontaneity, confidence and thinking on your feet. We also help businesses create humorous and effective marketing campaigns for print, radio and tv ads.
