Keynote Speaker: Toby Barazzuol, Owner, Eclipse Awards
Toby Barazzuol is an accomplished entrepreneur, a community alchemist, and a pioneer of the new economy. Toby founded his company Eclipse Awards over 15 years ago and was recently recognized as BC’s Best Employer in 2012 and BC’s Best Green Business for 2013. Eclipse Awards helps build more resilient and engaged communities by recognizing people, cultivating happiness, and by celebrating the human spirit! Toby is also a Fellow with the Business Alliance of Local Living Economies and founder of The Awesome Awards.
Eclipse Awards' Facebook Page states that for years they've been "exploring what it means to be a green company - building green roofs and community gardens, creating beautiful things from salvaged materials, cultivating social capital. It's no longer simply about sustainability, now it's about regenerating the environment and celebrating the human spirit as we envision the new economy!" Join us as we welcome Toby to Bellingham to discuss PEOPLE and the Triple Bottom Line theory.
