Join cookbook author Mary Ellen Carter to celebrate Eat Local Month as she brings the harvest to your table with a Mediterranean twist: savory ricotta pie with herbs from the garden; fresh pasta with roasted garlic, anchovies and tomatoes in olive oil with oregano and chili flakes; and a roasted summer fruit salad.
