Come learn great posture exercises you can do at work without your co workers even knowing!
Ella Eastham from Joy of Pilates will focus on deep core activation, cervical spine/neck exercises, pelvic floor, wall exercises, and chair stretches. There will be some discussion of ergonomics and the importance of having your work set up for you. She will have great resources and books for people to look at as well as resources for you to take with you. Come for a fun lunch hour and leave standing taller and a stronger! What a great opportunity to energize yourself this Spring.
Member Lunches are a great way to meet other members, to possibly learn something new, and to take time out for lunch with your community of businesses! The first 15 minutes of the lunch hour will be dedicated to meeting and connecting other members although we might start the discussion a little sooner so we have plenty of time.
