Congratulations on recognizing how important it is to strengthen your community and economy through supporting your local, independent business sector!
To respond to the numerous questions and requests for assistance Sustainable Connections received after launching our successful campaign in fall of 2003, we have developed some tools to help other communities. We created a Local First How-To Kit being sold by the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies. We've also made our high quality materials and design templates available for purchase, so that communities without big budgets for marketing strategy and professional graphic design can leapfrog forward. Finally, we've designed a workshop that can assist you in quickly focusing and moving forward to launch a successful campaign in your hometown.
