Bellingham Balloon Decor builds hand made balloon garlands, arches, custom backdrops, flower walls, shimmer walls and LED numbers for events across Bellingham and Whatcom County. Each piece is designed for one event, in that event’s colors, and sized to the actual wall or corner it will sit against rather than pulled from a package.
Birthdays carry the volume, from first birthdays through milestone years. Baby showers and gender reveals follow close behind, usually built around one large photo wall. June fills with graduation parties as Western Washington University, Whatcom Community College and Bellingham Technical College all let out. Bridal showers, anniversaries, church banquets, school fundraisers, grand openings and staff appreciation events fill the rest of the calendar.
The work is air filled rather than helium, so an indoor garland keeps its shape and finish long after the party. Rented rooms with rules against nails or adhesive are handled on freestanding frames and weighted bases that touch nothing.
