Registration is now open for the 2018 Chuckanut Writers Conference. The eighth annual event promises inspiration for both new and experienced writers.

You can look forward to:
· studying with some of the best writing faculty anywhere.
· practicing your craft in a supportive, collegiate setting.
· learning valuable writing techniques and gaining new insights.
· interacting with dynamic authors, literary agents, and fellow writers.
· enhancing your knowledge of the business of writing.
· returning home energized, inspired and ready to write.
And, if you’re a Washington State teacher (K-12), you can earn 16 clock hours for attending the two-day conference (administrative fee applies).

The early bird registration fee of $245 is available through May 22, 2018, and includes:
· a full schedule of inspiring conference events such as breakout sessions, panel discussions, plenary talks, and keynote addresses
· admission to the faculty reading and reception
· exclusive access to faculty during book signings and other conference events
· admission to a pre-conference special event (TBD)
· participation in an open mic event
· contribution to a newly established Chuckanut Writers Conference Scholarship Fund
