Massage Therapist and Instructor, Rhys Webb, will teach you self-massage active release techniques for your ankle, foot and lower legs.
Supplement your warm up, training for running, biking or other lower body workouts. Some areas Rhys will address are the anterior compartment, retinaculum, plantar fascia, calcaneal tendon and more.
Benefits include increased flexibility and mobility, improved balance and injury prevention for conditions like compartment syndromes, plantar fasciitis and sprains / strains.
