The Whatcom Museum is marking its 20th year in organizing this unique and notable art professional gathering that brings together high school students, college and university professors, and artists.
This year’s presenters include Chicano artist Alfredo Arreguín, Lummi Native glass artist Daniel Joseph Friday, children’s book illustrator Phoebe Wahl, printmaker Margot Meyers, WWU Ceramic instructor Ryan Kelly, and WWU Industrial Design professor Arunas Oslapas. Participating colleges and universities include the Art Institute of Seattle, Cornish College of the Arts, DigiPen Institute of Technology, Emily Carr University of Art & Design, Evergreen State College, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Northwest College of Art & Design, Pacific Northwest College of Art, Western Washington University, and Whatcom Community College.
