Black Cod and Beyond

Robert welcomes guest Tim Shea, owner of Hundred North, Bellingham’s newest fine dining restaurant. The class will feature black cod chimichurri, vegetarian spring fennel consommé, and vanilla Basque torte-and Chef Fong and Shea will have fun collaborating on a surprise entrée. Course fee includes choice of wine or nonalcoholic beverage.
