Join us at the Farmers Market and learn how to cook the season’s best with the best local chefs! The NW WA Chef’s Collective will be hosting this live cooking show each month, every third Saturday, May through September. Each month you’ll see two chefs from two different restaurants pair up to create a simple, delicious dish that showcases local ingredients – including the Harvest of the Month ingredient – and partnerships with local farmers.
This month chefs extraordinaires will be Andy Nguyen, from Drizzle Lynden and Eric Truglas, from EAT showcasing an amazing dish from spring ingredients, including radishes, the May Harvest of the Month item.
