It’s been awhile since we shared brunch together! We are excited to offer Easter Brunch in our Ciao Thyme Commons. We will provide a 5-course brunch*, family-style at the tables. Chef Kraig Halterman will be back from his culinary travels in NYC! He’s conjured this inspiring menu (subject to change):
- Roasted Papaya with Egg Custard, Yogurt Marshmallow Fluff and Hazlenut Crumble
- Savory Baked Apple wrapped in Brioche Puff Pastry – with or without Umbrian Sausage
- Tigelle (a bread from Modena, also called crescentine) with Oil-Poached Yolk and Black Truffle Paste
- Maple-Cheddar Waffles with Ham (optional), Apsparagus and Pickled Red Pepper Hollandaise
- Rhubarb Orange Tart
Passionfruit mimosas and other beverages will be available for purchase. *At this meal, we will not be able to accommodate dairy or egg allergies/dietary restrictions, thanks for your understanding.
*You may choose from our beverage, wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.

Our in-house policy shares your pre-paid gratuities with all persons involved in your experience, based on their role and hours worked.
