DASHI, TEMPURA, TOFU AND MORE

At our lunch cafe, folks swoon over the house made tofu. We are going to teach you our method along with some of our other favorites like tempura winter vegetables, dashi and udon noodles. Don’t miss this Asian inspired class taught by the Ciao Thyme kitchen crew.

This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!

Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
