Sushi expert Damian Chin leads a hands-on “Deep-Fried Sushi” course from 6:30-8:30pm in Mount Vernon at Gretchen’s Kitchen, 509 S. First St. Chin will guide attendees through the preparation of four different rolls—tuna, California, shrimp, and tempura fried rolls. Entry is $50.
