This will be a chance to connect with others in the community, and hear directly from Heartsong about their employee ownership journey: what inspired the transition, how the process unfolded, and what it has meant for their team, their community, and their broader impact. We’ll hear how employee ownership can strengthen local economies, build wealth more equitably, and keep businesses rooted in the communities they serve.
We’ll also share a bit about the Washington Center for Employee Ownership (WACEO) and the support we can offer in deeper exploration of employee ownership. There’ll be food, good conversation, and plenty of time to ask questions, swap ideas, and meet others who care about strengthening local businesses and making a positive impact where we live.
