Join us to tour one of the oldest private residences in Bellingham while it is under construction, presented by Bellingham Bay Builders. Bellingham Bay Builders has teamed up with the owners, GRA Architects and Spiral Design to give this elegant, Victorian Home a modern, high- performance makeover. The goal of this project is preservation, preservation, preservation!
In addition to preserving as much of the original, Victorian detailing as possible, the home-owners have employed carefully considered modern materials to capture the feel of a bygone era. From the elegant rooftop veranda and period appropriate, oak cabinetry down to the exterior cork insulation and modern ventilation system this house will charm and inspire all who visit.
