Join 3 Oms Yoga for this 75 minute donation-based Flow class Thanksgiving morning, led by Amy Robinson. Please pre-register. All donations will go towards our scholarship program.

A mindful, flowing, and compassionate practice blending movement, stillness, and pranayama (breath). With each unique class you will build strength and flexibility and develop an awareness of how to carry those lessons off your mat and into your day.
