From the host: Evolve Chocolate + Cafe is Bellingham’s newest, sweetest spot for happy hour, Sunday brunch, and weekend dining from their weekly Prix Fixe menu. Deliciously perched above Village Books in Historic Fairhaven, we use ingredients from local farms, fishers, and value-added producers. Our no-waste kitchen uses fresh herbs from a green living wall inside the dining room with a spectacular view. Cafe tabletops were lovingly crafted by The RE Store’s Revision Division!
