Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist Selva Wohlgemuth cooks a low FODMAP (also called “low fermentable”) dinner including slow simmered bone broth soup with shredded chicken and root veggies over wilted greens, and a pecan berry crisp with coconut whipped cream, while also providing a bounty of nutritional information. All dishes are gluten and dairy free. Following a diet low in FODMAPs (a type of short chain carbohydrates) can have great benefits for people suffering from a wide range of intestinal issues including IBS. Cost is $35
