KIDS IN THE KITCHEN: RAVIOLI MAKING

We are bringing back a Kids in the Kitchen class this spring.  If you have kids ages 9-14 who like to cook and want to improve their skills, this hands-on class will have them making you dinner! On this night, Mataio will teach them to make: Ravioli with ricotta filling and Spring Pesto, Casear Salad with roasted lemon-parmigiano vinaigrette, and Zucchini Olive Oil Cake. Once they finish cooking, they will sit and enjoy a meal together. We are offering another class on Tuesday night–sign up for both or just one! Limited to 12 students.
