LUNCH AND LEARN: JOY OF PILATES

We are excited to offer a new class in our Lunch and  Learn series on Tuesday, June 26th. Please join us as we welcome Joy of Pilates & Fitness to the Ciao Thyme Commons for a FUN Pilates class followed by a delicious catered lunch.
There will be a private Pilates flow class upstairs, incorporating dynabands to achieve a full body workout! Joy Instructors Ella Barney, Jen McBeath, and Sarah Lewis will lead you through the workout with modifications for beginner to advanced.  After the workout, enjoy a nourishing, scrumptious lunch at Ciao Thyme!

Class begins at 11:00 am with lunch to follow at 12:15 pm.  Please bring a water bottle and mat if you have one, if not we will have some to borrow.
