Living Rumors is an all-star band with music that blends elements of rock, pop and americana. The music, captivating for a listening audience, is a combination of high energy cover songs as well as new original music by Sharon Mayson.
Showcasing the powerful and beautiful vocals of Sharon Mayson. Sharon has played in bands such as High Spirits, Free Harmony, Pacific Twang as well as numerous solo projects. She is talented harmony singer but looks forward to taking the lead on this project.
The talent of Chip Westerfield combines years of playing exceptional guitar on international stages as well as music producing and engineering with world class and local musicians.
Diane Leigh’s incredible piano and harmony skills are the color of this ensemble. She plays jazz with The Diane Leigh Trio, Dixieland Jazz and the Swing Connection and plays rock and country with the D’Vas.
Kevin Chryst, who captivates the audience with his talent while providing the best foundation of rhythm and musicality is the genius behind Babycakes and Brushhopper among others. A gentlemen rancher in Everson who sprouted from Seattle city roots, lays a formidable foundational pocket backbeat.
Honored to have one of the finest bass players in our musical city, Steve Blair has the privilege of playing with several of Bellingham’s top acts including his current band Hopnotics. Originally from Spokane, Steve feels most at home holding down the low end in a variety of styles including funk, R&B, rock, folk, and blues.
