Spring has sprung and that means it’s time for the Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen’s Annual Spring Beer Dinner.
On April 30, Sunday at 6:30 pm chef Jeremy Weizenbaum has a great five course dinner paired with some of Chuckanut’s favorite beers. Brewmaster Will Kemper will be on hand to talk about the history and interesting trivia surrounding each of the beers and Chef Jeremy will comment on the food. Tickets will need to be purchased in advance and are all inclusive.
The welcome beer is Helles Lager paired with an amuse bouche sour dough pretzel and smoked cheese sauce to set the pallet for all the great things to come. First course will be the new Filtered American Wheat made with Skagit Valley malts paired with a house cured salmon with labneh and cucumber salad followed by British IPA paired with a roasted cauliflower & romanesco salad topped with NW hazelnuts. The main entrée course of malt rubbed pork shank served over smoked gouda grits will be paired with Chuckanut’s award winning Vienna Lager. For dessert the Export Stout will be paired with a salted caramel malt brulee.
Tickets are $61.95 including food, beer, gratuity and tax, and can be purchased in person at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen or by phone (360) 752-3377.
Please dress warm as the dinner tanks place inside the brewery next to the gurgling fermentation tanks!
