The skill of propagating cuttings is something every gardening enthusiast should have in their tool belt. If a few simple guidelines are followed, softwood and semi-ripe cuttings can be very successful. The summer season is the most effective for the propagation of many woody plants. You will learn to clonally propagate plants during the growing season. We will discuss timing of cut, condition of wood, and caring for cuttings during and after the rooting process. $10 per person or $8 each for 2 or more people, registration recommended.
