Firooza Razvi is a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher who had the amazing opportunity to study personally with Mr. B.K.S. Iyengar regularly since the mid seventies, while he was alive and still teaching. Firooza is currently teaching at the “Light on Yoga Research Trust” in Mumbai, and travels around the world teaching Yoga Workshops in Europe and the States, also in Dubai, South Africa, and China!! Firooza has a degree in philosophy which she taught at the University in Mumbai for almost 25 years.

Prerequisites: 1 year of Iyengar Yoga experience
