The Inclusive Economy Membership is open to owners of local businesses in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, or San Juan County who identify with underrepresented racial, sexual, ethnic, religious, gender, disability, age, origin, ancestry, or veteran statuses. Locally owned businesses located in rural areas are also encouraged to apply.
