Specialized services to advance transgender equity and belonging. Transgender and gender-expansive people and their families are our clients, customers, employees, and fellow community members. And, trans people are experiencing relentless attacks federally and in states across the country. This impacts trans people’s health and wellbeing, experiences at work, decisions about businesses to patronize, and access to services.
Through consultation and organizational development, facilitated professional learning communities, workshops, and keynotes, I help organizations and individuals take concrete action to foster belonging for transgender and gender-expansive people. This necessarily includes advancing equity for people who are BIPOC, disabled, LGBQ+, and of various (or no) faith traditions.
