Founded by Dr. James Scribner — a board-certified emergency physician (FACEP), ABAARM-boarded, A4M Fellow, and Georgetown-trained — the practice offers a relationship-first model: 60-minute visits, same- or next-day appointments, and direct physician communication. Membership covers preventive primary care; à la carte services include hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and integrative medicine consultations. Located in the historic Sycamore Square building (on the National Register of Historic Places), Mt. Baker Medical is open Monday through Saturday.
