The International Waffle Festival will take place in the Commercial Street Plaza and feature:
- sweet and savory waffle food trucks & booths
- live Scandinavian, Irish and Scottish music
- a pop-up art gallery
- cultural vendors
- a waffle bake-off competition, with guest chefs from waffle restaurants in the PNW!
Proceeds will be going to the Bellingham Food Bank. We will be inviting local farmers to participate in our event as well, to have booths.
