Osprey Hill is a small family farm taking big steps towards sustainability. We specialize in pasture-raised poultry, ensuring our animals are healthy and well-cared for. Our chicken, ducks, and turkeys rotate through 70 acres of lush pasture with our flock of Katahdin sheep–all under the management of our blue heeler pup. Our poultry are processed by our sister business, Saxon Meatsmiths, giving us full control over quality and freshness. Our seasonal production reflects the rhythms of nature, allowing us to bring you fresh, high quality products. In addition to livestock, we grow a variety of slow-growing crops and perennials including elderberry, culinary herbs, rhubarb, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic.
