Our 11 acre family farm uses organic and regenerative methods to encourage diverse ecosystems to flourish, and in turn, nourish healthy and happy nursery plants and produce to share with our amazing Salish Sea community. For salmon recovery efforts, we installed a 1.7 acre juvenile salmon restoration project with a wide riparian buffer full of native plants. We create and nurture mini-ecosystems by planting intermingling rows of Lacey Phacelia and Crimson Clover that rebuild soil tilth and attract beneficial pollinators and predators to grow fruits and vegetables with zero pesticides or herbicides which harm our ecosystem, our watershed, and our community. Hillside terraces and greenhouses take full advantage of naturally warmer southern exposure, and lowland fields are much cooler; nightly dews gently reward our cool-loving crops. We grow a wide variety of heirloom storage crops and unique and colorful specialty crops like purple asparagus, purple artichokes, purple sweet corn, melons, ginger, turmeric, and a wide variety of shallots and alliums. We sell wholesale through the Puget Sound Food Hub Cooperative, strengthening our local food system by collaborating and cooperating with nearly 50 farms, multiple co-ops, and producers, and deliver from the Canadian border to Seattle and the San Juan Islands.
