Our frozen-at-sea king & coho salmon are individually hook-&-line caught, thanked, pressure-bled, cleaned, & flash-frozen at -40 degrees aboard the F/V Nerka within an hour of leaving the sea, resulting in unparalleled quality & shelf-life.
