Come in your coziest warm pajamas with blankets or a sleeping bag and enjoy a relaxing sound bath as the sun sets!
Since this is an adult “PJ Party”, wine will be served (we will also have tea)! Feel free to hang out and stay after class.
Following our one hour guided experience, enjoy the Beauty Barn’s facilities that include: a cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, affirmation alley, and firepit, – all in a beautiful natural environment.
A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.
This class takes place outdoors. We encourage you to bring warm blankets, yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. For this event, you will also need to bring a bathing suit and towel. You will receive an email with more details for the event after registration.
*Due to the nature of the class taking place outside and the fact that we cannot control the weather, class will be cancelled or rescheduled if bad weather occurs.
