Learn Active-Release Stretching Techniques with Rhys Webb
Massage Practitioner, Rhys Webb, will teach you self-massage active-release techniques for the forearm, wrist, and hands. These techniques can be included in your warm-up and training sequence as a preventative measure to decrease injury and benefit performance. This class can be helpful for bicyclists, paddlers, and racket sport athletes. Benefits include increased flexibility, circulation, and injury prevention for repetitive strain injuries — carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and tennis and golfer’s elbow.
Please wear a short-sleeve shirt and cut fingernails short, if possible.
