Katazome expert and artist Fumiyo Imafuku, visiting from Hyogo prefecture, Japan, will talk about the delicate art form of katazome. Imafuku’s artwork is featured in the Museum’s exhibition, “Katazome Today: Migrations of a Japanese Art.” Co-presented by the Whatcom Museum and Western Washington University.
