Save the Date! Get ready for an incredible weekend on August 17th and 18th as the Bellingham Makers Market joins forces with the Noisy Waters Mural Festival! This event is a celebration of art, music, workshops, and creativity, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
**Noisy Waters Mural Festival** Join over 4,000 attendees for a friendly art battle where muralists will have three days to transform 8’x8′ portable walls into stunning works of art. Attendees will vote for their favorites, and the top three artists will win cash contracts to paint large murals in Bellingham.
**Bellingham Makers Market** We’re excited to host your favorite local makers showcasing art, jewelry, soap, textiles, candles, food, sustainable products, and more!

This event is FREE and open to everyone! Noisy Waters Mural Festival is produced by Paper Whale, a Bellingham-based non-profit dedicated to uplifting voices through art and culture. They co-create this event on Coast Salish Land, honoring the Lummi and Nooksack people.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lhaq’temish Foundation , a non-profit organization focused on building a stronger, culturally rich community.
