You will be able to view homes at optimal points of their builds, seeing the technology and techniques that are implemented in the most sustainable homes in the area. This multi-family home with aging-in-place features will receive the DOE Zero Energy Ready Home, ENERGY STAR, and EPA Indoor airPLUS certifications, and is anticipated to receive Built Green 5-star certification while being capable of running completely off the grid for weeks.
