Pepper Sisters, established in 1988, is devoted to celebrating the flavors of the American Southwest with a northwest twist. We’re New Mexican, high dessert cuisine – serving traditional and interpretive dishes, such as green chili enchiladas on one hand to blue corn goat cheese rellenos on the other.
