Samish Bay Cheese has been making certified organic farmstead cheese from their own dairy herd for over eleven years. The dairy produces a range of fresh and aged (up to nine years) award-winning organic cheeses, sold primarily in the Puget Sound area. Stop by the small dairy farm in Bow, just east of scenic Chuckanut Drive and taste several organic farmstead artisan cheeses made on site. Eggs available year round, plus certified organic beef and pork. Call for shop hours, tour and cooking class schedules.
